Steps

Any case will be processed in different stages irrespective of the category that an applicant has registered in. These stages are:


 

Stage 1.

This is the initial stage of your registration and initial assessment of your case for evaluating the chances of success, suitability of the available resources with us for meeting your requirement and initial contact with the prospective institution / employer.

This process generally takes about 2 weeks time.

Stage 2.

Once we are satisfied of your chances of success and have a package suitable to meet your specific requirements, we shall inform you about the same. At this stage you would be provided following information:
  • Status of your application.
  • Likely processing time.
  • Steps in the process.
  • Total payment and payment schedules.
  • Collection of all supporting documents in respect of details provided by you during your registration.
  • Submission of signed copy of the registration form.
  • Payment of first installment.

The procedure for your placement / admission will commence now.

Stage 3.

Completion of stage 3 implies that most of the leg work has been completed and your application has been accepted by the institution / employer. Your confirmation letter / work contract has been received. Consequent to this, you are required to:
  • Sign the job contract / offer letter for having accepted the same.
  • Pay second installment of fees.
  • Prepare for the Visa interview at the Embassy / High Commission of the respective country.
It takes approximately 2-3 months to complete all procedures for this stage,
after completion of all formalities in Stage 2.

Stage 4.

For a student this is the period of Visa application and interview before finally joining the institution of choice. For a case for a Work Permit the respective country's Government Approval would have been obtained by now and the Visa application will be filed. You will be required to make the final payment at this stage.

 
THE WHOLE PROCESS TAKES A MAXIMUM TIME OF 6-8 MONTHS. WORK PERMIT CASES FOR MEDICAL PROFESSIONALS AND OTHERS RECEIVED BEFORE END SEPTEMBER 2007, SHALL RESULT OIN PLACEMENT BY END FEBRUARY 2008.


 

THERE ARE A LIMITED NUMBER OF VACANCIES RELEASED FOR PROVIDING EMPLOYMENT TO PEOPLE FROM OTHER NATIONS AND APPLICANTS FROM ALL OVER THE WORLD ATTEMPT TO GET A WORK PERMIT. IT IS IMPERATIVE THAT THE APPLICATION IS FILED WELL IN TIME TO ENSURE SUCCESS.
